The Interim Recruiter will provide full-cycle recruiting support across a range of professional, technical, and operational roles. This position will partner closely with hiring leaders and the talent acquisition team to manage requisitions, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive hiring decisions. The consultant will play a key role in helping the organization meet its hiring objectives while delivering a high-touch experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Worksite Location: Hybrid – Plymouth, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $45-$60, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional, technical, and operational positions
Partner with hiring leaders to understand talent needs and develop recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple recruiting channels
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process
Consult with hiring managers on candidate quality, market conditions, and hiring decisions
Create and manage requisitions within the ATS
Deliver a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to support hiring priorities and recruiting process improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, operations, manufacturing, or related functions preferred
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
Ability to develop trusted partnerships with hiring leaders and stakeholders
Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
Familiarity with ATS platforms (ADP Workforce Now or similar systems preferred)
Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a bias for action and strong sense of urgency
