Interim Senior Recruiter (ID:47356)
The Interim Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles within the two different business divisions. This role will focus on strategic sourcing, market expansion, and partnership with hiring leaders to identify and attract top talent in competitive industries. The ideal consultant brings creativity, curiosity, and strong relationship management skills, with the ability to adapt to evolving hiring needs and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
Worksite Location: Golden Valley, MN – Hybrid.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $45-$55, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for construction, energy, and renewable industry roles
• Partner closely with hiring leaders and senior recruiters to define needs and strategies
• Develop creative sourcing approaches to reach talent in new and competitive markets
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain strong engagement throughout the process
• Conduct detailed screening and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
• Collaborate with HR and TA leadership to support ongoing recruiting initiatives
• Maintain compliance and documentation within Oracle and related systems
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in construction or related industries
• Strong sourcing and market research skills with experience in hard-to-fill or niche roles
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven ability to quickly understand complex positions and organizational structures
• Familiarity with Oracle, SharePoint, Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a people-first approach to recruiting
