Interim Senior Recruiter (ID:47440)
The Interim Senior Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires. This position will partner closely with hiring leaders and HR team members to fill key roles across operations, sales, and service functions. The recruiter will also contribute to developing creative sourcing strategies and strengthening employer branding initiatives to ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Brooklyn Park, MN.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $45–$55, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across MN, WI, and ND, including sales, service, and operational roles
- Partner with hiring leaders to define position requirements and develop tailored sourcing and recruiting strategies
- Source and attract passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and industry outreach
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure alignment with hiring priorities and workforce planning needs
- Maintain accurate data and metrics within the applicant tracking system (JazzHR; transitioning to Paycor)
- Contribute to employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts to enhance talent attraction
- Support the HR team with ad hoc talent acquisition initiatives as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions and levels
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill roles in competitive labor markets
- Experience recruiting in construction, distribution, manufacturing, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring leaders
- High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR preferred; Paycor a plus)
- Collaborative, self-directed, and adaptable with a passion for delivering high-quality hiring outcomes
