This 3–6 month contract includes a guaranteed duration of 3.5 months, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will onboard alongside the outgoing team member for cross-training and transition before taking over full-cycle recruitment responsibilities across exempt and non-exempt roles.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – Onsite in the Southwest Minneapolis area 3 days/week (Monday–Wednesday); remote Thursdays and Fridays.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $45-$55, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Develop sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines
- Recruit for roles such as product, actuarial, claims, operations support, and more
- Communicate effectively with hiring leaders and maintain strong follow-through
- Support fall campus recruiting and potentially attend local job fairs
- Navigate a high-volume req load (approximately 20–25 positions)
- Coordinate closely with internal team members and hiring stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions
- Strong sourcing expertise using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism, executive presence, and business maturity
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance shifting priorities
- Familiarity with ATS systems (currently using Paylocity; migrating to Workday in the future)
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and attending occasional off-site events
