As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner, you will take a consultative approach to recruitment, working closely with business leaders to identify and fulfill talent needs. You'll manage the recruitment cycle for various roles, source and engage passive candidates, and provide a high-touch experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This hybrid role will require you to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on execution, service, and results. 

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Hybrid Opportunity; Seeking MN based candidates. 

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$55, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand and fulfill talent needs.
  • Use innovative sourcing strategies to engage and attract passive candidates.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across the U.S., ensuring a seamless process.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, offering white-glove service.
  • Maintain a high level of urgency while managing multiple priorities.
  • Leverage Workday ATS and assist in implementing AI-driven recruitment tools.
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices for the recruitment team.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with a track record of engaging passive talent.
  • Familiarity with Workday ATS; experience with AI recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on execution and delivering outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with a proactive, service-minded approach.
