A global organization is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join their Minneapolis-based team on a 6-month contract. This role will support high-volume recruiting, drive sourcing strategies, and serve as a consultative partner to business leaders, playing a key role in attracting top talent to a leading wealth management organization.

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, with an emphasis on sourcing passive candidates, building strong relationships with hiring leaders, and delivering a consultative, white-glove candidate experience. This individual will also contribute to process improvements, leverage technology (Workday and Phenom), and ensure recruiting strategies align with business needs in a fast-paced environment.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - 4 days onsite per week in the downtown Minneapolis, MN office. 

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60-$65, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles across the U.S., with a concentration in Minnesota and select East Coast locations
  • Build strong, consultative partnerships with business leaders, guiding them through hiring strategies and market insights
  • Source passive candidates using innovative and creative techniques across multiple platforms
  • Provide a high-touch candidate experience that reflects organizational values and brand
  • Partner with TA leadership and peers to balance req loads (currently ~30 per recruiter)
  • Leverage Workday and Phenom to streamline sourcing, candidate engagement, and overall efficiency
  • Adapt to changing priorities and hiring needs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with exposure to financial services (asset management a plus but not required)
  • Strong sourcing expertise with proven success in identifying passive talent
  • Demonstrated ability to partner consultatively with leadership, building trust and credibility
  • Experience with Workday (Phenom AI experience a plus)
  • High EQ with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • White-glove, service-minded approach with attention to detail and candidate experience
