Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator (ID:47357)
The Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the TA team, including scheduling interviews, posting job openings, and assisting with candidate communications. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to gain exposure to strategic recruiting processes.
Worksite Location: Golden Valley, MN – Hybrid.
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $22-$29, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and panel meetings
• Post and manage job openings across internal and external channels
• Support candidate communications and engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Assist TA team with administrative tasks and requisition management
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Oracle and related systems
• Collaborate with the TA Operations Manager and team members to ensure smooth workflow
• Provide general support for diversity and inclusion initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
• 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR coordination
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with HR/TA systems, including Oracle, SharePoint, and Teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to support multiple stakeholders
