The Interim TA Partner/Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume sales roles across the U.S., leveraging creative sourcing strategies and TA technology to identify, engage, and hire top talent. You’ll work closely with Talent Acquisition leadership and hiring managers to ensure an exceptional candidate experience and support business growth initiatives.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Eagan, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $35–$45, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume sales and Brand Ambassador roles nationwide
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other creative channels
Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and business priorities
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer
Maintain accurate recruiting documentation and metrics
Utilize TA tools and platforms effectively (iCims, Teams, Smart Sheet, HireVue, email)
Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership on process improvements and recruitment strategy

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, ideally in high-volume or nationwide roles
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with both candidates and business leaders
Tech-savvy and experienced with recruiting and collaboration tools
Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Strong focus on candidate experience and employer branding
