Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide full-cycle recruiting support across a variety of roles during a team transition period. This consultant will work closely with HR leadership, hiring managers, and the Talent Acquisition team to post jobs, source candidates, coordinate interviews, manage offer processes, and ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee. With an immediate need, this role will jump in quickly, train up, and take on recruiting responsibilities throughout a three-month assignment.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - Golden Valley, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $30–$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across assigned roles, partnering closely with hiring leaders
- Source candidates proactively and maintain strong pipelines
- Post jobs and manage requisitions through HRIS systems
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience
- Negotiate offers and support transition from candidate to employee
- Track recruitment metrics and share insights to optimize hiring processes
- Collaborate with the HR team to support organizational staffing needs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and offer management
- Strong familiarity with applicant tracking systems; experience with ADP and Workable preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring leaders and candidates
- Ability to quickly learn organizational processes and step into an active requisition load
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
