Interim Talent Development Consultant (ID:47456)
The Interim Talent Development Consultant will oversee and execute key performance, engagement, talent review, and succession planning cycles, partnering closely with HR and HR Technology to streamline processes and advance automation. This role includes hands-on program management, stakeholder coordination, and the opportunity to standardize global onboarding and development practices to build long-term scalability.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - Eden Prairie, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60–$75, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of annual talent development cycles, including goal setting, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning
- Manage timelines, communications, status updates, tracking for all talent processes, and consistency across regional onboarding and development practices
- Review current tools and systems and identify redundancies or gaps
- Support engagement survey cycles and enterprise "listening" strategy as needed
- Provide analysis, documentation, and recommendations for long-term improvements and scalable processes
- Collaborate with global HR partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of best practices
- Serve as a steady resource for ongoing talent development inquiries and ad hoc needs during the leave coverage period
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5–8+ years experience in Talent Development, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or Talent Management
- Proven experience executing performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and engagement processes
- Strong project management skills—able to independently drive timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications
- Experience working with LMS and learning tools (Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning, Navex, Articulate/Captivate/Camtasia preferred)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and process improvement capabilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; highly organized and detail-oriented
