The Interim UKG Pro Testing Lead Coordinator will oversee and coordinate all phases of UKG system testing to ensure successful implementation and functionality across multiple HR modules. The ideal candidate will bring deep UKG Pro implementation experience, a strong understanding of HR processes, and the ability to lead testing efforts with precision, communication, and accountability.

Worksite Location: Hybrid in SE MN/West Wisconsin. Remote flexibility with the ability to go on-site.

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $60–$70, DOE.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate UKG Pro testing activities for implementation and validation phases

• Develop, manage, and execute test plans, scripts, and scenarios in collaboration with HR and IT subject matter experts

• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across all system modules, integrations, and processes

• Partner with implementation teams to ensure readiness for go-live and post-launch support

• Facilitate communication between functional teams and vendors to ensure timely issue resolution

• Support organizational readiness efforts and ensure change management best practices are integrated throughout the process

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a UKG Pro testing lead or testing coordinator during HRIS implementations

• Strong understanding of HR processes and systems integrations

• Demonstrated ability to design, coordinate, and execute structured test plans

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Self-directed and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

• Change management experience preferred

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Information Systems preferred
