We're seeking an experienced Epic Applications Manager to lead a team of analysts and developers supporting key clinical and business systems. This role will own systems integration, implementation strategy, and optimization for applications across clinical documentation, ordering, pharmacy, radiology, surgical services, and more. Worksite Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN. 4 days remote/1 day onsite weekly
Salary Range:
- $125K - $145K/year

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage a team responsible for Epic clinical and revenue cycle application builds and enhancements
- Ensure stable and optimized application support aligned with operational needs and IT strategy
- Collaborate with clinical, ancillary, and corporate stakeholders to translate business needs into IT solutions
- Support enterprise-wide initiatives, including implementation, integration, and upgrades of Epic modules
- Oversee standards for documentation, development, and testing processes
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented culture
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or 6+ years of relevant work experience)
- 5+ years in an IT or clinical systems leadership role within a healthcare environment
- Experience managing Epic application teams — ideally across multiple modules such as Clindoc, ASAP, Orders, Cupid, Willow, Radiant, Optime, or Bugsy
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Familiarity with Total Quality Management or similar improvement frameworks
