Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN – hybrid (3 days onsite each week)

Salary Range: $130-145K/year + 15% bonus potential. No work visa sponsorship available.

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of system administrators, infrastructure engineers, and security professionals to support enterprise operations
Design, implement, and maintain secure, high-availability IT infrastructure solutions across multiple sites and cloud environments
Develop and enforce cybersecurity strategies and compliance programs (PCI, SOX, NIST, etc.) to safeguard organizational data and systems
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning, ensuring readiness and minimal downtime
Establish performance metrics and monitoring systems to track and improve network and system reliability
Manage IT service delivery operations, including help desk support, endpoint management, and in-store/remote technologies
Evaluate new technologies, prepare business cases for investment, and lead vendor management activities
Collaborate cross-functionally to align infrastructure and security initiatives with broader business goals
Promote process improvement, documentation, and standardization across IT operations to enhance efficiency and service quality

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years managing infrastructure or security teams
Requires strong technical leadership experience within multi-site or distributed enterprise environments; Must have retail or manufacturing industry experience
Expertise in infrastructure architecture, system administration, and cybersecurity governance frameworks
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Cisco Meraki, Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, and enterprise networking solutions
Solid understanding of Windows and Linux servers, cloud infrastructure (Azure IaaS, VPC, VPN, firewalls), and storage solutions
Experience managing ERP or enterprise cloud environments (SAP S/4 or comparable systems)
Knowledge of IT service management practices (ITIL preferred) and use of project delivery frameworks such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
Proven ability to plan strategically, lead through change, and deliver measurable business outcomes
