Worksite Location:
- St. Louis Park, MN – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote each week
Pay Range:
- Up to $80K salary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Manage and optimize relationships with external marketing partners, including SEO and paid media agencies
- Drive organic social media engagement and inbound lead generation initiatives
- Oversee onsite SEO, content planning, and ongoing performance optimization
- Develop compelling brand narratives, blog content, and merchandising-driven storytelling
- Create and guide written and visual marketing assets that align with a premium brand aesthetic
- Plan, coordinate, and execute targeted direct mail campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support growth initiatives
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance, continuously refining strategies based on results
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or growth-focused roles
- Strong storytelling, merchandising, and brand development sensibility
- Excellent written communication skills with a solid visual design eye
- Proven experience managing SEO and paid media partners or agencies
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment
- Authentic interest in design, home-related products, or luxury consumer brands
