As our thriving client's marketing team continues to scale nationwide, they seek a Marketing Operations Manager who thrives in a structured environment, is passionate about process, and can bring order and visibility to marketing projects and initiatives.
The Marketing Operations Manager will drive efficiency and alignment across the marketing function by optimizing workflows, implementing project management and ticketing systems, and fostering strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and product teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Marketing Services team, providing mentorship, setting priorities, and guiding professional development.
- Oversee the management and optimization of Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems to ensure accurate and efficient asset distribution.
- Develop and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels, aligned with market trends, product positioning, and customer needs.
- Manage project and task workflows, ensuring timely execution and resolution of assignments.
- Supervise third-party vendor relationships, including sourcing, contract management, inventory oversight, and invoicing.
- Coordinate print and digital publication schedules to ensure alignment with branding, editorial, and timeline standards.
- Manage in-house studio scheduling and output for photo and video production, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
- Administer the marketing communications budget, including tracking expenses, supporting annual planning, and making day-to-day spending decisions.
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all marketing communications, maintaining documentation and approval workflows.
- Manage and maintain the marketing project pipeline to ensure on-time delivery and optimal resource alignment.
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop strategic plans based on stakeholder input.
- Partner with customer relationship teams to identify opportunities for market growth, differentiation, and innovation.
- Contribute to integrated marketing and promotional campaigns; attend competitive, customer, and trade events as needed.
- Oversee project timelines and marketing budgets to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of product marketing, B2B marketing environment
- A business-minded problem solver with a team leader mentality.
- People management experience is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of executing demand generation, prepositioning strategies, and acting on insights from performance metrics.
- A positive attitude focused on understanding, anticipating, and responding to the needs of our customers, our departments, and the global organization.
Worksite Location: This hybrid role is based in Wright County, Minnesota, with a requirement to be on-site Tuesday-Thursday (3x/week). This is a manageable commute from the western Twin Cities suburbs.
Base + Bonus: $100k-$115k/year plus annual bonus
