The successful candidate will manage production employees, meet production schedules, and maintain the highest quality standards to ensure the delivery of world-class products to customers.
Salary: $65,000 to $80,000/yr. DOE. Hours will be 2nd shift (beginning at 1:00 pm or 2:00 pm) – 45 hours/week

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing production operations to maintain compliance with work instructions, ISO, and Nadcap certification standards.
- Process daily timecards, employee time off requests, reviews, discipline, etc.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding the Master Schedule, including scheduling of products moved through the department, organizing manpower to meet daily production requirements, meeting department efficiency goals, and maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Responsible for timely and accurate reporting of production quantities, scrap, material usage, and labor hours.
- Responsible for ensuring that procedures are in place to maintain the proper condition of equipment. If technical problems arise, communicate and assist in developing a recovery plan.
- This position collaborates with various departments, including purchasing, to ensure that adequate supplies of materials are available to meet production requirements.
- Work with Maintenance and Pattern Shop to ensure equipment is operational. Establish procedures for process control.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Two or four-year degree or equivalent supervisory or management experience.
- The desire to lead a team is needed, but previous supervisor experience is not required; it is preferred.
