We’re seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across a wide range of roles and businesses. From processing large applicant volumes to hands-on sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, this position calls for a recruiting generalist with strong initiative, customer service instincts, and a consultative approach with hiring leaders. The role requires a self-starter who thrives in a fast-changing, high-growth environment with a small but mighty team.
Worksite Location: Hybrid – 1 day/week onsite at their Chanhassen office. 

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $30-$35, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple entities and role types
  • Manage applicant flow—some postings receive 100+ applicants, others may require active sourcing
  • Partner with hiring managers to define needs, provide market insight, and support hiring decisions
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and a consultative, account manager-style approach
  • Use an omni-channel recruiting strategy to attract top talent
  • Contribute to ongoing process improvements as the TA function continues to scale
  • Collaborate with a small, close-knit team that supports and backs each other up
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of full-desk or full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
  • 3+ years preferred, especially in multi-entity or matrixed environments
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a process-focused, fast-paced, and ambiguous environment
  • Experience with manufacturing or adjacent industries is helpful
  • Not a fit: exclusively high-volume/light industrial backgrounds
  • Experience with omni-channel recruiting tactics (job boards, direct sourcing, networking, etc.)
  • Technology: UKG or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability
