We are seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, with a heavy focus on construction and some corporate positions. With over 100 open roles and only two recruiters currently on the team, this position offers the chance to immediately add value and help scale hiring processes. This is a hands-on, dynamic role that blends recruiting, sourcing, interview coordination, systems management, and employer branding.
Worksite Location: Hybrid with remote flexibility
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $30-$35, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for construction and corporate roles
- Coordinate interviews across teams and time zones, managing multiple calendars and stakeholders
- Support recruiters with sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement
- Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows in applicant tracking systems
- Assist with job postings, internal communications, and employer branding efforts
- Partner with hiring managers and internal teams to streamline recruiting logistics
- Create and maintain onboarding documentation, dashboards, and process templates
- Assist in new hire orientation coordination and onboarding execution
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support recruiting metrics, reporting, and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and campus visits (up to 10% travel)
- Promote a strong candidate experience aligned with organizational values
- Provide admin and technical support to the broader TA and HR team
- Perform additional duties to support talent acquisition and HR programs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both construction and professional services environments
- Experience sourcing and recruiting in high-volume, fast-paced settings
- Strong interview coordination and communication skills
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS and/or SuccessFactors a plus)
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Customer service mindset with a collaborative approach
- Process-oriented, tech-savvy, and resourceful
- Experience supporting onboarding, HR systems, or recruiting-related projects
