We're looking for a Senior Digital Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital initiatives across multiple systems and teams. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on project execution, ensuring that technical, creative, and operational efforts come together seamlessly. Pay Range:

  • Up to $110K

Roles & Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution of digital projects from concept through post-launch analysis.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set priorities, define roadmaps, and ensure projects align with organizational goals.
  • Translate technical concepts into actionable project plans that guide cross-functional teams effectively.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Develop and manage detailed project budgets, forecasts, and ROI analyses.
  • Identify and coordinate the right blend of internal talent, external vendors, and contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor proposals, and ensure deliverables meet performance, quality, and budget expectations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Serve as the central liaison between developers, designers, marketing, operations, and leadership.
  • Maintain clear communication channels to ensure alignment and accountability across teams.
  • Implement structured project management frameworks, documentation, and reporting to support transparency and timely delivery.

Systems & Technology Oversight

  • Oversee integrations and enhancements across eCommerce platforms, CRM systems, and related digital infrastructure.
  • Support the rollout of new technologies such as 3D visualization tools, process automation, and system integrations.
  • Partner with IT and digital operations to ensure system scalability, reliability, and alignment with business needs.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Utilize AI and automation tools to improve project tracking, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Gather and analyze stakeholder feedback to refine digital workflows and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize collaboration, reduce bottlenecks, and modernize project delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience managing complex digital or technical projects within an eCommerce, SaaS, or digital agency environment.
  • Proven success overseeing project budgets, vendor relationships, and ROI-based performance tracking.
  • Strong background leading cross-functional teams composed of technical, creative, and operational professionals.
  • Solid understanding of web platforms, CRM systems, APIs, and digital ecosystems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage executive stakeholders.
  • Adept at identifying and securing the right resources—both internal and external—to achieve project goals.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving priorities.
  • Curious and forward-thinking, with an interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance project execution and efficiency.
