Worksite Location:
- Minneapolis – 2 days onsite / 3 days remote each week

- Lead or co-lead full-stack development initiatives with a strong emphasis on back-end architecture, database management, and system integrations.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Magento-based e-commerce environments with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Architect and implement integrations for ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
- Build and enhance APIs, automation workflows, and data-driven backend systems.
- Contribute to front-end development efforts to support seamless user experiences.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with operational needs.
- Apply best practices around security, compliance, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, and guidance to junior developers.
- 10+ years of professional full-stack or back-end development experience with a focus on enterprise applications and e-commerce solutions.
- 5+ years of dedicated Magento (preferably Magento 2) development, customization, and optimization.
- Strong experience with PHP, Node.js, Python, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and scalable server-side architecture.
- Proven background integrating ERPs, CRMs, and automation systems.
- Skilled with JavaScript frameworks, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with payment gateways, inventory/ordering systems, and performance tuning for large-scale commerce platforms.
- Ability to design, optimize, and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases.
