We seek a Senior .Net Software Engineer (5+ years of experience) ready to help build solutions that make a real difference. The successful candidate will play a key role in keeping systems running smoothly, enhancing user experience, and mentoring junior developers while we build for scalability and innovation. This tight-knit Agile team delivers intuitive, high-performing tools, focusing on modernization while supporting legacy code.
Worksite Location: Hybrid; 4 days onsite, 1 day remote each week.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain web applications using C# and .NET Core on the backend, and React on the frontend
- Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot, enhance, and support enterprise systems
- Guide project planning, evaluate tasks, and ensure quality deliverables are production-ready before handoff
- Contribute to the full development cycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
- Lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring code meets performance and security standards
- Provide mentorship to peers and junior team members while staying current with emerging tools and frameworks
- Optimize performance, debug complex issues, and contribute to our evolving development practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in application development, primarily using C#, .NET Core, and React
- Must possess some level of hands-on development experience with React (1+ years)
- Solid foundation in relational database concepts with SQL/PostgreSQL and a good grasp of EF Core
- Strong collaboration and communication skills—especially when translating technical topics for non-technical audiences
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continual learning and helping others grow
