We're seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of user-centered digital experiences for a range of consumer-facing products. This role will focus on designing intuitive, accessible, and engaging interfaces while collaborating across product, engineering, and business teams. The ideal candidate combines a strong portfolio of UX work with hands-on experience in research, prototyping, and design systems.

Salary Range: $130k-$150k/yr + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions
- Develop user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and design feasibility
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, design strategies, and recommendations
- Lead design review sessions and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users
- Ensure consistency and best practices by applying established design systems and principles
- Advocate for accessible and inclusive design across all products.
- Iterate on designs using data, user feedback, and evolving business objectives
- Support a cohesive user experience across multiple product verticals
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing product work
- Expertise in user research, interaction design, and visual design principles
- Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability best practices
- Familiarity with component-based design systems and material design principles
- Experience in presenting complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with Agile development processes is a plus
