The Operations Coordinator will support the service and repair departments. The ideal candidate has previously supported field service and support teams and, ideally, has intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word and Excel) skills. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and follow up on safety procedures.
- Manage and support the on-call calendar.
- Responsible for daily reporting.
- Communicate and support customers with open work orders and callbacks.
- Reviews and supports open tickets and works with the superintendent.
- Review and support open repairs and work with the superintendent to schedule.
- Assist technicians with tickets (as necessary).
- Assist superintendents with safety meetings and documentation.
- Work to ensure all part requests are accounted for and executed following company standards.
- Perform and support performance reviews of accounts with the superintendent.
- Work and support superintendents on the vehicle fleet for the service and repair department.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-7 + years of experience with MS Office. Intermediate to advanced levels with Excel and Word.
- GED or High School diploma
- 5 + years of experience with project coordination skills, assisting with cross-functional projects within organizations.
- 5 + years of experience in Customer Service.
- Very strong and positive communication skills.
Salary DOQ: 60-75k/yr
