Shopper Insights & Analytics Manager
The Shopper Insights & Analytics Manager will lead efforts to understand consumer behavior and retail dynamics while providing data-driven insights to inform marketing, sales, and product strategies. This role combines shopper insights expertise with strong analytical skills focused on data interpretation and reporting—not heavy coding. The position leverages tools such as Numerator, Scintilla, and Amazon Seller Central to uncover actionable insights that drive growth and improve shopper experience.
Worksite Location: Eden Prairie - Onsite
Salary Range: $120,000-$135,000

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Analyze shopper data from sources like Numerator, Scintilla, Amazon Seller Central and retailer platforms to identify actionable insights that can be turned into strategy.
· Identify key purchase drivers, barriers, and trends across retail channels.
· Develop shopper personas and journey maps to inform marketing and merchandising strategies.
· Partner with sales and category teams to optimize product placement, promotions, and messaging.
· Present insights to internal stakeholders and retail partners to influence strategy.
· Design and manage custom research studies (qualitative and quantitative).
· Pull, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources (syndicated and retailer platforms).
· Create dashboards and reports using Excel or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for internal stakeholders.
· Monitor performance metrics and identify trends to support decision-making.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting processes.
· Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing and sales teams.
Required Skills & Experience:

· Strong Excel skills; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
· Ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights.
