Our exciting client is seeking to hire a Senior Data Insights Analyst with experience in customer data analysis, integration, and visualization to help deliver a unified, data-driven view of the customer. This position will focus on translating complex, cross-platform data into actionable insights that drive personalization, engagement, and smarter business decisions across the organization.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 per year, plus bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

Partner with data engineering, architecture, and business teams to define data requirements and use cases that enable a 360° customer view.
Design and maintain analytics frameworks and data models that unify customer information from multiple platforms (CRM, web, support, and transactional systems).
Analyze customer data to identify behavioral trends, segmentation opportunities, and insights that drive targeted initiatives.
Build and maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize data in a clear, business-focused way.
Develop, document, and maintain data validation and quality assurance processes.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
Support iterative data platform enhancements by testing new features and validating outputs.
Champion data best practices and promote consistent metric definitions across teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in data analysis with a focus on customer, marketing, or integrated data sources.
Must have experience working with or building Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
BONUS: Proficient in SQL and working knowledge of Python, R, or similar tools for data manipulation and analysis.
Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with cloud data environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience with data modeling, integration, or customer analytics frameworks.
Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) preferred.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
