The successful candidate will lead all core HR functions (talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, engagement, rewards—you name it) and take the lead on internal communications and special projects straight from the CEO's desk.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000k/yr. + Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:
Human Resources Leadership
- Champion an HR strategy that's aligned with the company's values, culture, and big-picture goals—and bring it to life across every corner of the organization.
- Be a close thought partner to the CEO and senior leaders, helping to build a strong, cohesive leadership team and a robust succession pipeline.
- Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning with a focus on service, culture fit, and future-readiness.
- Drive employee growth with impactful programs—think performance reviews that don't suck, coaching that actually helps, and leadership development that sticks.
- Own the total rewards strategy (comp, benefits, recognition) to make sure it's competitive and fair—because people talk, and it matters.
- Be the go-to HR partner across the org—building engagement, boosting effectiveness, and navigating the human stuff with empathy and impact.
- Maintain a transparent and compliant approach to employment laws across Minnesota, Washington, and beyond.
Communications & Strategic Coordination
Own internal communications with intention and clarity—connecting people to purpose, values, and each other.
- Be the CEO's right hand for key priorities—keeping executive rhythms humming, aligning initiatives, and helping ideas turn into action.
- Guide change efforts with smart planning, thoughtful engagement, and messaging that makes people feel included—not surprised.
Operations & Oversight:
- Oversee the physical vibe of both office spaces—think thoughtful layouts, comfortable furniture, and seamless functionality.
- Bring a strategic HR perspective to the Board HR Committee.
- Lead and coach the HR Manager, ensuring operational excellence across all core HR areas, including:
- Compensation, performance management, and org-wide staffing
- Coaching and development for managers
- Benefits and wellness programs
- Compliance and policy upkeep
- Employee relations and advisory support
- Payroll, HRIS, and finance coordination
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of HR
- Financial Industry/Wealth Management Experience is highly desired
- Strong understanding of compensation, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational design
- Bachelors Degree
