We’re seeking a confident and collaborative Senior HR Generalist to serve as a true partner to both leadership and the shop floor. This role will serve as a key partner to leadership and employees by providing expertise in employee relations, talent management, compliance, training, and HR policy administration.
Location: Maple Grove, MN. Onsite
Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000/yr.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with plant leadership to support workforce planning, employee engagement, and performance management strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and policy interpretation.
- Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, EEO) and maintain up-to-date records and documentation.
- Lead and support talent acquisition efforts for hourly and salaried roles, including interviewing, onboarding, and orientation processes.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and serve as an escalation point for employee questions or issues.
- Champion employee development by facilitating training programs and supporting leadership development initiatives.
- Drive employee retention efforts through proactive engagement, communication, and culture-building activities.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, safety data) and recommend solutions to improve productivity and morale.
- Support health and safety initiatives in collaboration with EHS teams to ensure a safe working environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing HR process improvements that align with business goals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; PHR/SPHR preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, hands-on, team-oriented environment.
