Sr. HRBP (ID:47331)
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing expertise in recruiting, employee relations, benefits, performance management, and compliance. This role will be instrumental in workforce planning, talent development, and unifying practices across sites. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a manufacturing environment, a passion for building strong partnerships, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic initiatives.
Worksite Location: Mpls/St Paul, MN – Onsite, North Metro
Salary Range: $110,000–$120,000 annually, with 10% bonus potential

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, succession planning, and culture initiatives
• Lead end-to-end recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and agency collaboration
• Guide employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Support employees with questions about benefits, leave management, and return-to-work cases
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety requirements, and company policies
• Deliver training, coaching, and guidance to leaders and employees
• Drive consistency in HR practices and support site unification efforts
Required Skills & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
• HR certification (SHRM-CP or PHR) preferred
• Strong experience in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and benefits
• Proven ability to support 200+ employees across multiple sites
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills
• HRIS and technology proficiency; ADP Workforce Now experience is a plus
