As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support full-cycle recruitment efforts for a range of roles, with a primary focus on construction-related hiring. You'll manage job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR to deliver a seamless recruiting experience.
Worksite Location: Remote (some travel up to 10% for job fairs and hiring events)
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $30-$40, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field and corporate roles
- Source candidates in the construction industry and/or professional services
- Coordinate interviews across time zones and departments, managing multiple calendars
- Partner with hiring managers and the TA Manager to assess staffing needs and fill roles quickly
- Post jobs to internal and external platforms, maintaining consistent employer branding
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS, transitioning to SuccessFactors)
- Assist in creating and updating onboarding documents, process guides, and recruiting templates
- Support new hire orientation and other HR administrative tasks
- Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and campus recruitment (occasional travel required)
- Promote an excellent candidate experience and consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Provide metrics, tracking, and reporting on recruiting efforts to identify process improvements
- Support HR initiatives such as compliance tracking, job descriptions, training logistics, and social media posting
- Perform other duties to support cross-functional hiring operations as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting in the construction industry or professional services
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong administrative and technical skills related to scheduling, documentation, and systems
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS and/or SuccessFactors a plus)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and collaboration skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment and HR operations
- Ability to represent the company professionally at external events and with candidates
- Familiarity with employment laws and compliance best practices
