A high-growth B2B SaaS company seeks a growth-minded, revenue-focused marketing leader to guide them through their next growth stage.

Our client is a well-established (25 years old) yet high-growth B2B SaaS company that partners with some of the most recognizable brands in the world (Tesla, UPS, Nationwide Insurance, NBC Universal, US Olympics, and the United Nations.... to name a few)

If you're a B2B SaaS marketing leader who loves to own the market, turbocharge the demand gen engine, and lead/develop a marketing team, let's chat. 

This position is remote in North America, but the Eastern or Central time zone is highly preferred. 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective demand generation strategy to drive the pipeline and acquire new customers at scale globally.

    • Introduce account-based marketing to increase conversations, engagement, and conversions with the ideal customer profile. Partner/Align with sales on GTM cadence & event/field strategy and ensure a harmonious partnership is optimized. 

  • Increase the customer’s lifetime value. 

    • Develop cross-sell and expansion strategies, migrate customers to the standard product versions, capture increased ARR in the process, and protect customer retention. Many of our customers are still using a version of our software that was previously customized for them. We have worked diligently over the last few years towards productizing a single solution offering. Paint the future vision for these customers and develop the campaigns and incentives to encourage their migration elegantly. 

  • Establish defensible product and marketplace positioning with effective differentiation. 

    • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales leads to define the key value proposition for the company and the product portfolio. Revisit the positioning and messaging to attract more enterprise buyers. Our intuition is that our positioning and messaging can be up-leveled and clarified to resonate with prospects -- not just after they have mismanaged an incident, but beforehand. Enable the sales force to position the product to executive decision-makers confidently.

  • Build a brand strategy to drive business impact, including new product launches, acquired solutions, and technology integrations. 

    • Craft compelling messaging and experiences that strengthen brand affinity and growth. Analyze data and trends to inform creative strategy.

  • Coach, lead, and grow your team. 

    • You will start with a team of 6, a robust tech stack, and some third-party resources. Evolve and design the team smartly as the business grows. Train, motivate, and challenge the team. Build an agile marketing team. Recruit talent across specializations. Cost-effectively manage agency partners to deliver quality results on time and within budget.

  • Contribute to overall company strategy, culture-building, and maturation of operations. 

    • You'll join a seasoned sales leadership team and participate with the broader executive leadership team in key decisions regarding M&A, culture-shaping, and additional strategic initiatives.

  • 5+ years of experience leading rapid growth from $20M to $50M+
