As a growing consultancy, Erin saw the opportunity to flip into a marketing role again and pitched to the owners for her to start up the marketing organization at R1. Since Relationship One, Erin has been in marketing technology leadership positions. One within the Chromatography & Mass Spectrometry division of Thermo Fisher Scientific. The next with Deluxe where she had the challenge of overhauling and unifying their martech stack during a company-wide transformation. And now, with the 3M spin-off, she has the unique opportunity of setting up foundational martech for a $8.6 billion dollar healthcare company.
