Ethan Casson

Chief Executive Officer | Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx

Ethan Casson serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Minnesota Timberwolves and Minnesota Lynx. As CEO in his seventh season, Casson oversees all business operations, working closely with ownership and the executive team on setting the organization’s strategic vision. Honored as a 2022 Most Admired CEO by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal, Casson was recognized for advancing social justice and equity in the community, including both on and off the court achievements. In addition, based on his leadership and commitment to social impact, the Sports Business Journal named Casson among 79 other sports executives to its “People Who Influenced Sports Business” list in 2020. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Timberwolves and Lynx Fastbreak Foundation, the Executive Board of Minnesota Sports and Events, the Board of Directors for YouthLink and is a member of the Minnesota Business Partnerships.

Sianneh Mulbah

Chief People Officer | Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx

Sianneh is the Chief People Officer at The Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx. As an instrumental member of the executive team, Sianneh has significantly transformed the organization’s culture — leading effective work from home transitions amid the pandemic, developing community and diversity initiatives to empower and educate staff, and more. She is a leader within the organization’s Women in Sports Leadership Council, which focuses on professional growth of women in the workplace. Sianneh is a Ceridian Cares Charity Board Member, and previously served on the board of directors for Girls on the Run Twin Cities, the Twin Cities chapter of Women in Sports and Events (WISE), and as a member of the Minneapolis Downtown Council.

R.T. Rybak

President & CEO | The Minneapolis Foundation

R.T. Rybak previous served as Mayor of Minneapolis from 2002-2013, and is currently the President of the Minneapolis Foundation. R.T. has served as President and CEO of The Minneapolis Foundation since July of 2016.
As leader of one of the oldest and largest community foundations in the country, R.T. oversees the management of nearly $800 million in assets; the administration of more than 1,200 charitable funds created by individuals, families, and businesses; and the average annual distribution of more than $70 million in grants. During his tenure as mayor, R.T. led efforts to make Minneapolis a national leader in innovative, cradle-to-career approaches to youth development, and has worked to highlight the crisis of our region’s achievement gap and advance effective strategies for ending it.

Milpha Blamo

Vice President Of Talent & Culture | The Minneapolis Foundation

Milpha Blamo is the Vice President of Talent & Culture at The Minneapolis Foundation. She leads and executes strategies for talent management, learning and development, and HR systems. With more than a decade of experience in nonprofit management, Milpha is currently serving her third term on the board of the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, and she is a member of the Business Advisory Committee at Normandale Community College and Forbes Human Resources Council. Milpha is currently a doctoral candidate (Ed.D) at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and adjunct faculty of the Master of Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program at Saint Catherine University where she teaches Organizational Strategies: People and Culture.
