Before joining Versique, Rian spent over a decade in marketing and advertising strategy, partnering with local and national companies across the technology, legal, and automotive industries. His experience also includes 10+ years supporting marketing efforts for national staffing firms, giving him a unique understanding of the recruiting industry from both the inside and out. This diverse background allows Rian to see the bigger picture, think creatively, and offer valuable insights that help clients and candidates align for the right fit.
Outside Versique, Rian is an avid townball baseball player, a smoked meat enthusiast, and a dedicated sports fan. He enjoys coaching and watching his kids play sports and spending time with his wife and family.
