Karrisa brings a strong track record of financial and operational leadership across the food and consumer products industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial & Administrative Officer at E.A. Sween, she brings strategic expertise in finance, risk management, technology, and distribution—coupled with boardroom experience and a people-first leadership style that aligns with Salon Innovations’ values and future vision.
