Staff Accountant, Finance & Accounting
Thays Costa is the Staff Accountant on Versique’s Corporate Services team, bringing over 12 years of finance experience and a unique cross-cultural perspective to her role. Originally from Brazil, Thays began her career at the largest bank in Latin America, where she developed a strong foundation in financial operations, client service, and attention to detail.
Since relocating to the U.S., Thays has expanded her expertise in accounting, with a focus on improving financial workflows, driving process efficiency, and ensuring accuracy in day-to-day operations. Prior to joining Versique, she managed full-cycle AP/AR, led reconciliation projects, and implemented process improvements that enhanced productivity.
Outside Versique, Thays enjoys spending time with her husband and son, exploring good food and music—and indulging in a little shopping whenever she can.

Gilmore Girls – it’s my go-to comfort show!
What is your favorite food?
I have a serious sweet tooth, so Brazilian desserts – especially brigadeiro – are my weakness. It’s impossible to stop at just one!
