As Director of Executive Search, Theresa manages client relationships and all phases of search execution for retained executive-level engagements. She brings 23 years of experience in retained executive search leadership. Across that time, Theresa has functioned as an executive search consultant with regional firms and within her own practice. The concentration of her work has been privately held growth enterprises, including many that are family-owned and founder-led. Theresa has driven successful C-suite search engagements spanning a multitude of industries and across nearly every business function.
A consummate relationship builder, Theresa is energized by helping clients succeed and enabling the elevation of great talent. She operates with a belief that high stakes hires deserve strategic discernment and a recognition of the humanity of all players.
