Versique Continues Growth Through Interim COO Hire
August 25, 2014 – Versique recently hired Jerry Rick as Interim COO to help develop and implement strategies, structures, and processes that will assist the firm with leveraging its current success and achieve continued growth and performance objectives.

Jerry has held leadership positions in a variety of organizations over the past 30 years, and now specializes in helping fast-growth companies improve performance and prepare for future success. He utilizes a number of methods to promote growth and process improvement, including EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System as popularized in Gino Wickman’s book Traction), management consulting, and serving as interim executive.

Jerry will assess the day-to-date operations of Versique and help the firm formulate a plan to continuously improve business operations, procedures, and people systems.
