Eric joins Versique after over 20 years of executive leadership in small, mid-cap, and large organizations. His direct and diverse industry and operating model experience, including the development of strategic commercial growth plans, M&A investment & integration strategies, operational improvements, and business transformation, directly benefit Versique’s expansive customer base.
Direct Experience
Eric most recently served as the Vice President/General Manager of Power Systems, a $400M division within the publicly traded Brunswick Corporation. He co-led the transaction of the sale of Relion Battery to Brunswick in 2021, and shortly thereafter, he led the integration efforts of Relion and global companies to form the Power System organization.
Before Power Systems, Eric held diverse executive leadership roles as CEO of EDCO Products, a $100M private manufacturer of building materials; CEO of Entropy Solutions, a Private Equity-backed specialty chemical organization that he led from start-up to liquidity event; VP/GM Polaris, responsible for the turnaround efforts of a $350M legacy business; and Commercial GM at Nike, leading an $800M commercial function for the Americas region.

If you weren’t working at Versique what would you be doing?
I have two dream jobs, a D1 college basketball coach or a country music musician – neither of which I am qualified for. I would love to be a college basketball coach, which combines my passion for hoops and recruiting incredibly talented individuals. As far as singing, I think I will stick to business.
What do you like to do for fun?
Anything outdoors – water sports, fishing, hiking, golf, etc. Ideally, I would spend the day with my family on the boat, in the mountains, or on the course.
What’s your favorite quote?
Business wise – “When you focus on the long term, the future comes faster than you think.”
Personally – “Don’t criticize until you walked in those shoes.”
