Kelly Davis is a Director of Client Partnerships, Human Resources – Interim Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in sales, leadership, strategy, and recruiting, Kelly partners with clients to define talent strategies, attract top HR consultants, and align talent solutions that drive business results. She is passionate about making meaningful connections and helping organizations and individuals thrive.
Before joining Versique, Kelly served as a Talent Acquisition leader, advising companies on how to hire and retain high-performing teams. She is known for her collaborative, thoughtful approach and her strength in connecting people and opportunities to solve complex organizational challenges. Kelly builds lasting relationships based on trust, curiosity, and a deep understanding of client and candidate needs.
Outside Versique, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and four boys. She loves to travel, read, listen to podcasts, explore local wineries and breweries, and spend time at the beach.

Who is the most famous person you’ve met?
I had the exciting opportunity to be on set during the filming of the 1980’s show Knight Rider. I personally met David Hasselhoff and got to sit in the original KITT car.
What is the best vacation you’ve been on?
My husband and I took our two boys to Disneyworld in 2005. My boys were at the perfect age to enjoy the full Disney experience. I loved seeing their eyes light up with excitement and wonder. Disney is truly one of the most magical places on earth.
