Mamie Bhandari is a Recruiter on Versique’s Human Resources Solutions Professional Recruiting team. With 10 years of experience across both in-house and agency recruiting environments, Mamie brings a balanced, relationship-driven approach to every search. She partners with organizations to identify high-performing HR talent and works closely with candidates to ensure thoughtful, long-term alignment.
Prior to joining Versique, Mamie spent much of her professional career in New York City, building strong partnerships across diverse industries and talent markets. Originally born and raised in Miami and proudly Cuban-American, she brings warmth, curiosity, and authenticity to her work. After relocating to the Twin Cities in 2025 with her husband, she has embraced the Minnesota market and is eager to continue building meaningful connections within the local HR community.
Outside of Versique, Mamie is an avid home cook who loves hosting gatherings and exploring the Twin Cities’ food and bar scene. She is a devoted pop culture enthusiast and has never met a dog she did not love.

I am a scholar of the Bravo TV Arts and Sciences and love all Real Housewives (OG RHONY is the best), Summer House, and Traitors.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Madrid, Spain! I studied abroad in Madrid, and it has been my favorite city since.
