We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Analyst to support and enhance our client's NetSuite environment. This role focuses on improving system performance, streamlining processes, and strengthening reporting capabilities across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate enjoys problem solving, collaborating with cross functional teams, and driving continuous platform optimization.

Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN – Onsite. No relocation assistance available

Salary Range: $95k-120k/yr. base salary

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Evaluate existing NetSuite configurations and customizations to identify improvement opportunities.
· Define and execute enhancement strategies to increase system efficiency and user experience.
· Manage system performance, including data management, integrations, and reporting functions.
· Oversee NetSuite environments, including testing, release management, and change control processes.
· Partner with teams to deliver timely system updates that reduce delivery timelines and support evolving business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience as a NetSuite Analyst.
· Background in business process optimization, system integration, or project management.
· Strong troubleshooting abilities and comfortable providing user support.
· Proficiency with NetSuite reporting and analytics tools.

Preferred:
· NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification.
· Strong communication and teamwork skills.
· Ability to adapt quickly within a dynamic business environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in an information technology–related field.
