Finance Manager
Job Description:
Our client is seeking high-potential finance talent to support strategic business initiatives, operational performance, forecasting, and enterprise decision-making across multiple areas of the organization. These roles will partner closely with commercial, operational, and executive leadership teams to drive growth, profitability, and business performance through data-driven insights and strong financial partnership.
The organization is focused on attracting intellectually curious, highly motivated finance professionals with strong business acumen, leadership potential, and the desire to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Depending on the individual’s background and strengths, opportunities may provide broader exposure to commercial finance, strategic finance, operational finance, FP&A, or enterprise finance leadership initiatives.
Worksite Location:
Saint Paul, MN – Hybrid Opportunity (3 days/week onsite)
Salary Range:
- Director-level opportunities: ~$150K – l170K base salary plus bonus
- Manager-level opportunities: ~$140K – $160K base salary plus bonus
- Analyst / emerging leadership opportunities: ~$115K – $130K base salary + bonus potential

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner cross-functionally with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making, operational performance, and profitable growth
- Lead and support budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modeling initiatives
- Deliver actionable financial insights, KPI reporting, and operational analytics to leadership teams
- Support pricing, margin optimization, productivity initiatives, and business performance analysis
- Collaborate with commercial, operational, supply chain, and corporate finance teams on enterprise initiatives
- Drive process improvement, financial discipline, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Influence business decisions through strong communication, analytical thinking, and business partnership capabilities
- Support strategic projects, business transformation efforts, and organizational growth initiatives
- Participate in leadership development and rotational opportunities across multiple finance disciplines
- Mentor and develop junior team members where applicable
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Approximately 3-8 years of progressive finance/accounting experience depending on level
- Background in commercial finance, FP&A, operational finance, corporate finance, treasury, audit, controllership, or strategic finance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally beyond finance
- Demonstrated leadership potential, growth mindset, and strong business acumen
- Public accounting experience, CPA, and/or MBA backgrounds viewed favorably
- Experience within large, well-regarded organizations preferred
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and eager to grow within a high-performance culture
- Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and analytics capabilities preferred
