Are you a seasoned Benefits and Leave of Absence (LOA) professional ready to make an immediate impact? Our client is looking for a dynamic Interim Benefits & LOA Consultant.
Our exciting client seeks a highly skilled and experienced Interim Benefits & LOA Consultant. The successful candidate will be crucial in managing and optimizing our employee benefits programs and leave of absence processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective benefits communication strategies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave of absence inquiries.
  • Administer and coordinate various types of leaves, such as medical leave, parental leave, and disability accommodation.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations governing leaves of absence.
  • Stay informed about changes in benefits and leave of absence laws and regulations.
  • Develop, update, and communicate policies related to benefits and LOA.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees and managers on benefits and LOA policies.
  • Analyze benefits and LOA data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to leadership on the effectiveness of benefit programs.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Benefits and LOA Consultant, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of federal and state regulations related to employee benefits and leaves of absence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
