Interim Manager of Compensation
The Manager of Compensation is a working leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation programs that ensure internal equity, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance. This role oversees a small team of compensation consultants while serving as a subject matter expert across general, sales, and executive compensation.
Worksite Location: Hybrid — West Metro area, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $70-$80, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a small team of other compensation consultants
- Design and manage base pay, incentive, and sales compensation programs
- Serve as a subject matter expert across general, sales, and executive compensation
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders on compensation strategy and complex issues
- Maintain compensation structures, job architecture, and governance frameworks
- Support compensation-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including sales compensation
- Prior people leadership experience in a compensation function
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills
- Executive compensation experience is a plus
