The Interim Recruiter will support high-volume, project-based hiring for a large construction initiative, with a primary focus on roles supporting operations in Midwest regions. This consultant will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical and leadership positions, leveraging national sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The role requires a hands-on recruiter who can jump in quickly, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-moving environment.

Worksite Location: Hybrid — South Metro area, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, project-based construction roles
Source nationally for desired talent
Partner with hiring leaders to prioritize and fill critical project needs
Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication
Track and manage recruiting activity within Workday

Required Skills & Experience:

Prior construction industry recruiting experience required
Experience sourcing and recruiting nationally for technical and leadership roles
Strong full-cycle recruiting capability in high-volume environments
Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS platforms
