Interim Recruiter
The Interim Recruiter will support high-volume, project-based hiring for a large construction initiative, with a primary focus on roles supporting operations in Midwest regions. This consultant will manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple technical and leadership positions, leveraging national sourcing strategies to attract top talent. The role requires a hands-on recruiter who can jump in quickly, manage priorities, and drive results in a fast-moving environment.
Worksite Location: Hybrid — South Metro area, MN
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $40-$50, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, project-based construction roles
- Source nationally for desired talent
- Partner with hiring leaders to prioritize and fill critical project needs
- Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communication
- Track and manage recruiting activity within Workday
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior construction industry recruiting experience required
- Experience sourcing and recruiting nationally for technical and leadership roles
- Strong full-cycle recruiting capability in high-volume environments
- Familiarity with Workday or similar ATS platforms
