The Interim Senior HR Generalist will provide fractional HR support across all areas of HR operations, serving as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership. This consultant will manage end-to-end HR processes including compliance, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS management, performance management, and recruiting. This is a highly visible role requiring strong executive presence, responsiveness, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Worksite Location: Hybrid - Minneapolis, MN

Salary Range: Hourly rate between $50-$60, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee questions and HR support
Manage benefits administration, onboarding, compliance, and HRIS processes
Support full-cycle recruiting for critical roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
Partner directly with CEO and COO on HR needs, priorities, and initiatives
Assist with HR projects and process improvements as needed
Identify and engage external recruiting resources for clinic hiring needs
Ensure timely, accurate, and responsive HR support in a fast-paced environment

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong HR Generalist experience across end-to-end HR operations
Proven ability to work independently in a fractional or standalone HR role
Experience supporting executive leaders with strong executive presence
Full-cycle recruiting experience across corporate roles
Proficiency in HRIS systems (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Strong communication, responsiveness, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, evolving environment
Healthcare or private equity-backed company experience preferred
