Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator will provide day-to-day recruiting support for a high-volume hiring environment. This role focuses on interview coordination, job postings, and sourcing support while partnering closely with recruiters and hiring leaders. In this role, you will ensure top-notch organization and exceptional experiences for candidates and hiring teams across the board.
Worksite Location: Hybrid - North Metro are
Salary Range: Hourly rate between $25-$35, DOE

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for multiple recruiters and hiring leaders
- Post jobs across job boards and social media platforms
- Source candidates for construction and fiber-related roles
- Support the TA team with administrative and coordination needs
- Maintain accurate recruiting data and workflows in the ATS
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience supporting recruiting or HR teams in a coordination or admin capacity
- Strong scheduling, organization, and communication skills
- Exposure to sourcing or recruiting within construction, trades, fiber, or similar industries preferred
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools; ATS experience (SAP preferred)
