Senior Finance Manager
The Senior Finance Manager, Supply Chain Manufacturing serves as a trusted advisor to manufacturing leadership, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across 10 dairy plants. This role owns budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while identifying risks and opportunities to improve cost performance and support long-term operational excellence initiatives.
Worksite Location: Arden Hills, MN – Hybrid (3 days onsite: Tuesday–Thursday)
Travel: ~10% to manufacturing facilities
Salary Range: $142K – $213K base + 21% annual bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Partner with VP of Manufacturing on key decisions impacting $500M+ in manufacturing costs
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across multiple plants
· Drive cost, inventory, and operational performance improvements
· Identify risks/opportunities and implement action plans to enhance results
· Support capital planning and operational excellence initiatives
· Ensure strong internal controls in partnership with Audit/SOX
· Lead, develop, and mentor a team of ~25 finance professionals (including plant controllers)
· Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders across a matrixed organization
Required Skills & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (MBA preferred)
· 10–12+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience
· Strong manufacturing finance background (costing, inventory, plant exposure)
· Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
· Ability to influence without authority across distributed teams
· Strong business partnering and communication skills
