Treasury Analyst

The Treasury and AP Analyst will be a key member of the controllership team, partnering closely with accounting, shared services, and supply chain to support cash management, forecasting, and financial reporting activities. This role is responsible for executing daily cash operations, managing liquidity, supporting bank and lender relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial policies. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Worksite Location: Hybrid opportunity in the Minneapolis, MN metro area; seeking local candidates.

Salary Range: $75K - $80K/yr. base salary (dependent on experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Execute and monitor daily cash transactions and liquidity to support operational needs
· Forecast cash flow for U.S. entities and partner with international sites on regional cash management
· Collaborate with corporate treasury to support banking and lender requirements
· Perform daily cash postings and monthly bank reconciliations
· Partner cross-functionally to manage bank accounts, treasury policies, and internal controls
· Support lender reporting and ensure compliance with financial covenants
· Work closely with Accounts Payable to manage payment timing and optimize cash flow
· Analyze cash strategy, including FX and financial risk considerations
· Track and report on KPIs, including net working capital performance
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treasury processes
· Support audit activities and provide documentation for external auditors
· Assist with ad hoc projects and support additional business units as needed

Required Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
· 1+ years of experience in corporate accounting, audit, or treasury
· Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
· Ability to analyze financial data and support forecasting and reporting
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with ERP systems and financial tools
