Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to oversee treasury sales and commercial deposit growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive retail and commercial deposit growth, instilling a strong sales culture, and ensuring exceptional client service. The position will work closely with leaders across Operations, Retail, Commercial, and Mortgage Lending to align and implement effective depository sales strategies. The reporting structure for the successful candidate will be based on experience, with direct oversight by either the CEO or another senior executive.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000/yr base salary + bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the Bank's treasury sales efforts, ensuring deposit growth aligns with liquidity needs and non-interest income targets.
  • Business Development: Design and implement cost-effective deposit generation strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention.
  • Operational Oversight: Direct day-to-day treasury sales operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with overall bank strategy.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including treasury sales pipeline, new accounts, deposit growth, cost of deposits, and non-interest income.
  • Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing treasury sales and service team, ensuring alignment with budget and performance expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed on market depository rates, promotional incentives, and industry trends to refine strategies.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with leadership teams and participate in key committees, including Asset Liability Management Committee (ALCO), Enterprise Risk Management, and weekly management meetings.
  • Strategic Execution: Support the CEO and senior leadership team in executing broader bank initiatives and strategic priorities.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in treasury sales, deposit growth, or financial services leadership
  • Strong background in business development, sales strategy, and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with Business Analysis accounts and administration.
  • Specialty deposit experience in title companies, property management, or related industries is a plus., including software products such as Agiletics and SoftPro, among others.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a high-performance sales culture.
  • Deep understanding of banking regulations, deposit products, and treasury management solutions.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
